This Extra large babka is meticulously hand braided to expose the laminated layers of this beautiful and delicious babka. The filling is a decadent, not-too-sweet layer of dark chocolate ganache and chopped hazelnuts, rolled into chef Shimi's yeasted dough. The babka is finished with a glaze with subtle hints of cinnamon and star anise, and topped with candied orange zest, dehydrated rose petals and slivered Iranian pistachios.
